Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts to drive high-performance insights and reporting standards.
- Develop and execute comprehensive data strategies to support business objectives across insurance product lines.
- Translate complex data findings into compelling narratives and visual dashboards for executive leadership.
- Own the end-to-end data lifecycle, from collection and cleansing to predictive modeling and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify growth opportunities and process improvements.
- Implement rigorous data governance and quality assurance practices to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Evaluate and adopt new analytical tools and technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R, and advanced experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and data architecture principles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end data projects in a regulated environment, preferably in banking or insurance.
- Deep analytical mindset with a passion for transforming data into strategic business value.
