Tanggung Jawab
- Gather and collect data from internal databases, third-party APIs, surveys, and various business tools.
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and organization to ensure data integrity and quality.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualization reports to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations that drive business value.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical data solutions.
- Document data processes and ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.
- Stay updated with the latest data analytics tools and technologies to improve workflow efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, data mining, or business intelligence roles.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data manipulation tools.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is a strong advantage.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Google Data Studio.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
