Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle management of all data center infrastructure assets, from procurement to decommissioning.
- Develop and implement robust asset tracking protocols using specialized DCIM (Data Center Infrastructure Management) tools.
- Coordinate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure capacity planning aligns with hardware deployment schedules.
- Manage vendor relationships, service level agreements (SLAs), and warranty tracking to minimize operational downtime and costs.
- Conduct regular audits of physical and logical assets to ensure 100% data accuracy in the inventory database.
- Analyze asset performance data to identify trends, optimize equipment utilization, and forecast future infrastructure needs.
- Ensure full compliance with security, safety, and operational standards across the facility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in data center operations, asset management, or critical facilities infrastructure.
- In-depth knowledge of DCIM software and CMDB (Configuration Management Database) systems.
- Strong understanding of server, storage, and networking hardware architecture.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex operational projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical and financial data.
- Strong professional communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Certification in ITIL, PMP, or CDCP (Certified Data Center Professional) is highly desirable.
