Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end lifecycle management of data center assets including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement
- Implement and maintain asset management systems ensuring real-time accuracy of inventory and configuration data
- Develop/execute asset optimization strategies to maximize utilization and minimize TCO
- Lead cross-functional teams in asset-related projects including migrations, expansions, and compliance audits
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to track asset performance, availability, and compliance
- Manage vendor relationships for asset procurement, maintenance, and disposal services
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, ITIL) and organizational policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data center asset management or IT infrastructure management
- Expertise in asset management software (e.g., ServiceNow, FlexNet, DCIM solutions)
- Strong knowledge of data center operations, hardware components, and cloud infrastructure
- Proven track record in implementing asset management frameworks and best practices
- Professional certifications (ITIL, CISSP, CDCP) highly desirable
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
