Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and/or contribute to the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of advanced data science models (e.g., machine learning, predictive analytics, AI) to address complex financial challenges and opportunities within SingHealth Group.
- Collaborate closely with finance leaders, operational teams, and business stakeholders to deeply understand strategic questions, define analytical requirements, and translate them into robust data solutions.
- Drive the exploration, cleansing, and transformation of large, diverse datasets (including financial, operational, and clinical data) to ensure data quality and readiness for analytical modeling.
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytical frameworks that support ongoing reporting, dashboarding, and ad-hoc analysis.
- Present complex analytical findings, insights, and recommendations clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences and senior management, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Champion the adoption of best practices in data science, model governance, and ethical AI principles across the Group Finance Analytics team.
- Continuously research and evaluate new data science techniques, technologies, and methodologies to enhance analytical capabilities and deliver innovative solutions.
- Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence in data science (for Senior/Associate Principal levels).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience (3+ years for Analyst, 6+ years for Senior, 10+ years for Associate Principal) in data science, business intelligence, or advanced analytics, with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered projects.
- Expert proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, along with strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
- Solid understanding and practical experience with various machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling techniques, and data mining methodologies.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView) to create impactful dashboards and reports.
- Familiarity with big data technologies and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with an ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Experience in the healthcare or finance sector is highly advantageous.
