- Lead the design and development of advanced data analytics solutions and cloud-based data platforms for R&D operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Establish and enforce robust data governance policies and standards across all data initiatives
- Drive innovation by implementing machine learning models and statistical analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Optimize and maintain data pipelines, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in data engineering and analytics methodologies
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance data infrastructure capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related technical field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in data science, data engineering, or analytics roles
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala for data analysis and modeling
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and data technologies (SQL, NoSQL, ETL pipelines)
- Demonstrated expertise in machine learning frameworks and statistical modeling techniques
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Experience with data visualization tools and reporting platforms
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
