Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, test, and deploy statistical models and machine learning algorithms to solve real-world business problems.
- Analyze complex and large-scale datasets to derive actionable insights and optimize business processes.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders, to define data requirements and solution architectures.
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility.
- Present findings and data stories through clear visualizations and comprehensive reports to non-technical audiences.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques in data science to continuously improve our analytical capabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and SPSS.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis, probability, and hypothesis testing.
- Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Matplotlib is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data concepts into clear business recommendations.
