Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement machine learning models for business forecasting and user behavior analysis
- Analyze large-scale datasets to identify trends and generate actionable insights
- Develop data pipelines and ETL processes for efficient information processing
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate data-driven solutions into core platforms
- Create compelling data visualizations and reports for executive stakeholders
- Conduct A/B tests to validate data-driven hypotheses and optimize performance
- Stay current with emerging data science techniques and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data science or analytics role with proven portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Python, R, and SQL with experience in big data tools
- Strong foundation in statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and cloud platforms
- Ability to translate complex findings into business recommendations
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
