Tanggung Jawab
- Design and deploy agentic AI frameworks to automate and optimize drug discovery pipelines.
- Process and integrate diverse multi-modal datasets, including genomic, proteomic, and small-molecule chemical data.
- Collaborate with biological researchers to define hypothesis-driven modeling objectives.
- Develop scalable machine learning models for predictive toxicology and target identification.
- Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformer architectures for specialized chemical/biological domains.
- Maintain rigorous documentation and version control for all experimental code and model architectures.
- Present research findings at internal seminars and contribute to high-impact scientific publications.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in machine learning, preferably within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Hands-on experience with multi-modal data fusion and graph neural networks.
- Proven track record of deploying AI models in production environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate biological challenges into computational workflows.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and scientific disciplines.
