Join TikTok's dynamic Trust & Safety team as a Data Scientist and become a pivotal force in shaping a safe, positive digital ecosystem. In this role, you'll harness the power of data to drive critical decisions that protect our global community. You'll analyze complex user behavior patterns, develop predictive models for content moderation, and uncover actionable insights that directly impact platform safety. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate raw data into strategic recommendations, enabling Trust & Safety initiatives to scale effectively while maintaining user trust and engagement. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze large-scale datasets to identify trends and patterns in user behavior and content interactions
- Develop and implement machine learning models for risk detection, fraud prevention, and content moderation
- Partner with Trust & Safety teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Create compelling data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Design and conduct A/B tests to evaluate the impact of safety policy changes
- Stay current with emerging threats in online safety and adapt analytical approaches accordingly
- Maintain robust data pipelines to ensure data quality and accessibility for analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data science, statistical analysis, or applied machine learning
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong background in developing predictive models and statistical inference
- Experience with NLP techniques for text analysis and content classification
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
- Understanding of Trust & Safety challenges in social media platforms
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
