- Develop, test, and deploy predictive models to enhance customer segmentation and persona accuracy.
- Clean, process, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends and anomalies.
- Create data visualizations and dashboards that communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to solve business challenges through data-driven strategies.
- Maintain and optimize existing data pipelines to ensure high-quality data availability.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate model performance and business impact.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices in machine learning and data science methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in data analysis or data science roles.
- Proficiency in Python or R for statistical programming and data manipulation.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g., clustering, regression, decision trees).
- Experience with SQL and database management systems.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into business narratives.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote, distributed environment.
