Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and nurture children aged 3-5 in a structured daycare setting
- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational activities promoting cognitive and social development
- Ensure child safety, health compliance, and emergency preparedness protocols
- Maintain clean, organized childcare facilities and hygiene standards
- Document children's progress and communicate effectively with parents/guardians
- Collaborate with community health workers and social services professionals
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks following dietary guidelines
- Adhere to government childcare regulations and municipal policies
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma with childcare certification (NCII or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years experience in daycare or preschool setting
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong understanding of child development principles and early learning methodologies
- Excellent communication skills in Filipino and English
- Ability to manage multiple children while maintaining calm demeanor
- Knowledge of government childcare regulations and reporting requirements
- Background check clearance and health certification
