In this pivotal role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients enrolled in our Debt Management Programme (DMP).

As a Debt Servicing & Support Officer, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of our clients' debt recovery journeys. You will play a crucial role in providing financial guidance, administrative support, and conflict resolution during challenging times. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of the Debt Management Programme (DMP) for an assigned portfolio of clients.
  • Facilitate the smooth on-boarding of new DMP clients, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, offering clear and concise guidance on repayment schedules and financial commitments.
  • Monitor repayment trends and proactively reach out to clients to resolve outstanding issues or address concerns.
  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date case notes within our internal database to ensure seamless service continuity.
  • Collaborate with creditors and stakeholders to negotiate and update repayment plans as required.
  • Identify potential risks in client accounts and escalate complex cases to senior management when necessary.
  • Ensure that all interactions align with organizational policies and the high standards of professional ethics expected at CCS.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a relevant social service discipline.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in debt collection, customer service, or banking operations.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and database management systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy and tact.
  • Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team.
  • Understanding of the local financial landscape and credit counselling regulations is a strong advantage.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
