In this crucial role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently picking up and delivering customer packages within the Bulungan area. Tanggung Jawab
- Pick up shopping packages from designated collection points with accurate documentation
- Safely deliver packages to customer locations within scheduled timeframes
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic safety checks before/after shifts
- Communicate delivery status updates to customers and dispatch team
- Report delivery issues, delays, or customer feedback promptly
- Adhere to traffic regulations and company safety protocols
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure maximum efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Valid SIM A (motorcycle) or SIM C (car) license with clean record
- Minimum 1 year experience in delivery or driving roles
- Strong knowledge of Bulungan and surrounding areas
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Physical fitness to handle package loading/unloading
- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Commitment to punctuality and reliability
