In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of goods from our central warehouse to various customer outlets and retail points. You will act as the primary point of contact during deliveries, ensuring that all orders are processed accurately according to delivery notes and invoices. Your daily tasks will involve loading and unloading products, verifying delivery details, and maintaining a high standard of customer service throughout the process.

Tanggung Jawab
- Pick up and deliver goods from the warehouse to designated customer locations and outlets according to delivery notes.
- Verify and manage all delivery documentation, including invoices and delivery receipts.
- Ensure the safety and security of cargo during transit and upon arrival at the destination.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the truck is in good working order.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues, road hazards, or traffic incidents immediately to the supervisor.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior at all times.
- Load and unload goods carefully to prevent damage to products.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Class B1 Driving License (SIM B1) is mandatory.
- Previous experience in driving and logistics is preferred but not strictly required.
- Familiarity with navigating the Kelapa Gading and Jakarta Raya areas.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and carrying heavy items.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and safety protocols.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if needed.
