Tanggung Jawab
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to customers within the Tangerang Raya area
- Plan optimal delivery routes to ensure timely delivery of all packages
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and delivery-related information
- Handle customer inquiries regarding delivery status and resolve any issues
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical problems
- Ensure all packages are properly secured during transportation
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on duty
- Assist with loading and unloading packages as needed
Kualifikasi
- Valid SIM (driver's license) with a clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role
- Familiarity with the Tangerang Raya area and surrounding regions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good physical health and ability to lift packages up to 20kg
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of mobile devices and delivery tracking applications
- Honest, reliable, and punctual with a strong work ethic
