Commonwealth Foods, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Delivery Helper to join our logistics operations. In this role, you will be an essential part of a three-man delivery team, collaborating directly with our Salesman and Driver to ensure the timely, safe, and efficient distribution of our products to valued clients and retailers.

Based out of our regional hub, you will help service key routes, ensuring high-quality customer service at every stop. Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate closely with the Driver and Salesman to ensure correct loading and unloading of inventory.
- Manually transport, carry, and arrange food products from the delivery vehicle to the client's designated storage areas.
- Assist in cross-checking delivery invoices and packing lists to ensure product count accuracy.
- Support the Salesman in processing returns, verifying damage, and maintaining high client satisfaction.
- Help navigate and secure safe parking during delivery stops along designated routes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization inside the delivery vehicle.
- Follow all company safety protocols and handling procedures to avoid product damage and workplace injuries.
Kualifikasi
- At least a high school graduate or equivalent educational attainment.
- Prior experience as a delivery helper, warehouse assistant, or logistics crew is highly preferred.
- Excellent physical stamina, with the ability to lift and carry heavy packages repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Familiarity with routes and geographic areas in Pangasinan, Baguio, and Benguet is a strong advantage.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a high level of personal integrity.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible, early morning hours to meet delivery schedules.
