Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, schedule, and optimize daily delivery routes to ensure maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams and logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
- Monitor delivery performance metrics and provide actionable reports to management.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, fleet status, and delivery documentation in our ERP system.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential delivery bottlenecks or supply chain disruptions.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external transport providers to resolve issues.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of logistics processes and distribution workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, delivery planning, or transport operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics management software (TMS).
- In-depth knowledge of geographical areas in West Java and regional distribution networks.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with strict deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
