Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver food orders safely and promptly to customers within the Jitra area.
- Ensure all delivery items are accurate and maintain food quality standards during transit.
- Provide excellent customer service at the doorstep, handling inquiries and payments professionally.
- Conduct routine checks on the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Strictly adhere to traffic safety regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
- Assist with in-store tasks such as packing and general maintenance during off-peak delivery hours.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance as a representative of the McDonald's brand.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid Malaysian B2 Motorcycle License.
- Must own a personal motorcycle and have a valid road tax.
- Minimum age of 18 years old with a clean driving record.
- Good knowledge of the Jitra and surrounding Kedah geography.
- Ability to work on a flexible shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia or English.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in various weather conditions.
