Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of electronic products to customer locations.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and ensure the delivery vehicle is clean and well-maintained.
- Safely load and unload items to prevent any damage during transit.
- Verify order documentation and ensure all delivery manifests are signed and processed correctly.
- Communicate effectively with the warehouse team and customers regarding delivery status.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company delivery procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries or concerns during the delivery process with a professional attitude.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM C or SIM A as required).
- Strong knowledge of local routes in Jawa Tengah and surrounding areas.
- Physically fit and able to lift/handle electronic appliance packages.
- Proven record of reliability, punctuality, and excellent work ethic.
- Customer-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in logistics, courier services, or delivery roles is a plus.
