Kapal Api Global is seeking a highly analytical and process-driven Demand Planner Supervisor to join our supply chain team in Jakarta Pusat. In this pivotal role, you will act as the orchestrator of our New Product Development (NPD) and product extension launches, ensuring that market demand meets production capability.
You will bridge the gap between sales, marketing, and manufacturing, utilizing data-driven insights to mitigate risks and capitalize on market opportunities. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who excels in high-pressure manufacturing environments and possesses the leadership skills to align cross-functional teams toward a unified launch schedule.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and monitor the end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) project lifecycle from inception to market release.
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasting models to ensure optimal stock levels for new product extensions.
- Coordinate seamlessly with Sales, Marketing, and Production teams to align launch schedules and promotional activities.
- Analyze historical sales data and market trends to improve forecast accuracy and minimize inventory stockouts or overstocks.
- Implement and oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) to track launch success and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular cross-functional meetings to identify bottleneck risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide detailed reports to senior management regarding project status, potential supply chain disruptions, and demand variance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or production planning within the FMCG/Manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-departmental teams.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles, product lifecycle management, and demand forecasting methodologies.
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
