Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasting models using historical sales data, market trends, and seasonal patterns.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales departments to align product launch strategies with supply chain capacity.
- Monitor inventory health metrics and recommend adjustments to mitigate stockouts or overstock situations.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on product performance to identify growth opportunities and lifecycle phase transitions.
- Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for management regarding demand planning accuracy and product strategy effectiveness.
- Coordinate with regional logistics and manufacturing teams to optimize lead times and distribution flow.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions to improve cross-functional project execution.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in demand planning, supply chain analysis, or product strategy.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, and data modeling) is essential.
- Proven ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into clear, actionable business insights.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
