Erajaya Group, one of Indonesia's leading and most prominent import, distribution, and retail companies for mobile devices and consumer electronics, is looking for an experienced and analytical Demand & Planning (SCM) - Supervisor to join our high-performing supply chain division in Pasarrebo, Jakarta Raya. This contract-based position offers a critical path to managing inventory flows and optimizing the financial efficiency of our extensive retail network.

You will leverage statistical data, historical sales trends, and marketing inputs to construct robust demand forecasts. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze historical purchasing trends and customer demand patterns to accurately forecast stock requirements.
- Prepare, manage, and continuously update comprehensive purchase lists, categorized by demand priority and product type.
- Collaborate with the Procurement and Vendor Management teams to ensure lead times are optimized and delivery schedules are met.
- Facilitate the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to align commercial forecasts with supply chain capacities.
- Monitor key supply chain metrics such as forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, stockouts, and aging inventory.
- Identify supply chain bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions to improve overall stock allocation and warehouse capacity utilization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related analytical field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in demand planning, supply planning, or inventory control.
- Proven supervisory experience, demonstrating strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, complex logical and statistical formulas) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong mathematical and statistical analytical skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English, with the ability to present technical reports clearly.
- Willingness to work under a contract agreement ("Kontrak") at our Pasarrebo office.
