Are you a seasoned Supply Chain professional with a passion for driving operational excellence? Takasago International is seeking a strategic and data-driven Demand [SCM] Manager to join our team in Cikarang Pusat. In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between market demand and production capabilities, ensuring seamless supply chain operations.
As our Demand Manager, you will lead the end-to-end S&OP process, taking ownership of demand planning, procurement strategy, and production scheduling. You will leverage your analytical expertise to improve forecast accuracy, optimize inventory levels, and ensure that our manufacturing output aligns perfectly with client requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and facilitate the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align cross-functional departments.
- Develop and maintain highly accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and sales inputs.
- Oversee procurement strategies to ensure timely acquisition of raw materials and components.
- Coordinate production planning to maximize machine utilization and meet customer lead-time expectations.
- Monitor inventory health, identifying risks for stockouts or overstock, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to harmonize supply chain standards and regional requirements.
- Analyze supply chain KPIs, providing actionable insights to senior management for continuous process improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Demand Planning, S&OP, or Production Planning within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Proven track record in improving forecast accuracy and reducing operational costs.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decision-making.
- Strong analytical mindset with deep experience in data modeling and demand planning software.
- Certification in APICS or similar supply chain designations is a significant advantage.
