Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the dentist during examinations and various dental procedures.
- Prepare dental instruments, materials, and equipment before each appointment.
- Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols (OHS compliance).
- Greet patients, manage patient records, and provide pre-operative instructions.
- Assist with taking dental impressions and X-rays under supervision.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dental operatory and clinic.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and processing payments.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Dental Nursing, Dentistry Assistant, or a related medical field (S1/D3).
- Valid Indonesian Dentist Assistant License (SIP) is mandatory.
- Previous experience in a dental clinic is preferred but not strictly required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients effectively.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adhere to strict time management.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of professionalism and hygiene standards.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic healthcare environment.
