Tanggung Jawab
- Preparing the dental operatory and ensuring all instruments are sterilized and ready for patient procedures.
- Assisting the dentist chairside during various dental treatments, including fillings, extractions, and cleanings.
- Managing patient records and updating medical histories with high accuracy.
- Educating patients on post-operative care and general oral hygiene practices.
- Maintaining clinical cleanliness and adhering strictly to infection control protocols.
- Managing dental supply inventory and restocking treatment rooms as needed.
- Handling basic administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations throughout the day.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum educational background of SMK Keperawatan/Kesehatan or D3 Keperawatan/Kesehatan.
- Possess a valid STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) is preferred, or willingness to process it.
- Demonstrated experience as a Dental Assistant or in a clinical healthcare role is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, empathetic personality for patient interaction.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and maintain high attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of basic dental instruments and sterilization procedures.
- Willing to work full-time hours in the Karawang area.
