Tanggung Jawab
- Assist dentists during a wide range of dental procedures and treatments.
- Ensure the dental surgery is clean, well-stocked, and prepared for patient arrivals.
- Sterilize dental instruments and maintain rigorous infection control protocols.
- Prepare and mix dental materials accurately as directed by the clinical team.
- Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation of treatment plans.
- Provide empathetic patient care, explaining procedures and helping to reduce dental anxiety.
- Monitor and manage clinic inventory and supply levels.
Kualifikasi
- Possess an active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) for Kesehatan Gigi dan Mulut (Highly Preferred).
- Minimum of a Diploma (D3) in Dental Nursing or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, provided they have a strong clinical foundation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients.
- Proficiency in dental terminology and clinical office software.
- Highly organized, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work professionally within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team.
