Tanggung Jawab
- Assist dentists during various dental procedures including general, restorative, and aesthetic treatments.
- Prepare the dental surgery room, ensuring all instruments are sterilized and ready for patient arrival.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment at all times.
- Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation of procedures performed.
- Provide clear post-operative instructions to patients to ensure optimal recovery and satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage dental supply levels to ensure the clinic is always fully stocked.
- Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations, including infection control protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) for Dental Nurse/Dental Hygienist is highly preferred.
- Minimum education of D3 in Dental Nursing or relevant health-related field.
- Proven experience working in a dental clinic or healthcare facility is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, empathetic personality for patient care.
- Proficiency in dental administrative tasks and basic clinical software.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
