You will be responsible for the strategic allocation of resources, managing complex schedules, and optimizing workforce capacity to meet fluctuating client demands. Your analytical skills will be crucial in identifying trends, forecasting needs, and implementing efficient processes. You will serve as an integral bridge between our operations teams and client-facing engagements, ensuring that every project has the skilled professionals it needs to excel.
What we are looking for: a candidate with a strong tenure in resource management, scheduling, or deployment within a high-volume call center or BPO environment. You possess excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels. Proficiency in workforce management tools and advanced Excel is a must.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end resource and project deployment across global PwC member firms.
- Collaborate with Engagement Leaders to forecast demand and schedule resource allocations.
- Monitor deployment metrics, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding and transition processes for new engagements.
- Maintain accurate deployment tracking systems and ensure data integrity.
- Act as the primary liaison between operations and client-facing teams.
- Analyze resource utilization data to drive efficiency and cost optimization.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the deployment function.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in resource deployment, workforce planning, or operations management.
- Proven experience in a Call Centre, Customer Service, or Shared Services environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and workforce management software (e.g., Aspect, Verint).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global team environment.
