Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned with international standards.
- Lead and mentor the QC/QA department to ensure consistent compliance with company quality policies and specifications.
- Oversee end-to-end quality control processes, from raw material inspection to final product shipment.
- Conduct regular internal audits and facilitate external audit processes to ensure operational transparency.
- Analyze quality data to identify root causes of defects and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain departments to resolve quality-related bottlenecks.
- Manage departmental KPIs and prepare detailed quality performance reports for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related field).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in QC/QA within a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO standards, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and quality analysis software.
- Exceptional leadership abilities and experience in managing diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Willingness to be based in Telukjambe Timur, Jawa Barat.
