- Develop and enhance supervisory methodologies for banks and financial institutions in Singapore
- Lead the implementation of risk-based supervision frameworks across various banking sectors
- Analyze complex financial data to identify emerging risks and trends in the banking industry
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align supervisory approaches with regulatory objectives
- Provide expert guidance on regulatory compliance and best practices for supervised entities
- Conduct research on international supervisory trends and adapt best practices to the Singapore context
- Represent MAS in industry forums and working groups related to banking supervision methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in banking supervision, regulatory compliance, or risk management
- Strong understanding of banking operations, financial markets, and regulatory frameworks
- Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and develop risk-based supervisory approaches
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated experience in project management and implementation of regulatory initiatives
- Knowledge of international banking standards and regulatory practices is highly desirable
