Cornerstone Global Partners is currently seeking a highly motivated Deputy/Assistant Manager, Contracts (Rail Core Systems) to join a prestigious government-linked project. This is an exceptional opportunity to play a pivotal role in the expansion and maintenance of Singapore's rail infrastructure.
In this role, you will be the driving force behind the contract management lifecycle for highly complex rail core systems. You will work closely with engineering and project management teams to ensure that all procurement, tendering, and contract administration activities are executed flawlessly. We are looking for a detail-oriented strategist who excels in cost estimation, bid evaluation, and stakeholder negotiation.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle for rail core systems, from pre-tendering to final contract administration and closure.
- Prepare comprehensive tender documents, technical specifications, and robust evaluation criteria.
- Conduct detailed cost estimations, pricing analysis, and rigorous bid evaluations to ensure value for money.
- Administer active contracts, handling variations, payment claims, extensions of time, and dispute resolution.
- Ensure strict compliance with government procurement guidelines, policies, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including engineering, project management, and finance.
- Maintain accurate contract documentation, audit trails, and provide regular reporting on contract performance and financial status.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in contract management, preferably within the rail, construction, or large-scale infrastructure sectors.
- Strong understanding of public sector procurement processes and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven expertise in cost estimation, tendering, and contract administration.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset.
- Meticulous with strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with standard forms of contract (e.g., FIDIC, NEC) is highly advantageous.
