Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of national payment infrastructure roadmaps.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for large-scale payment initiatives, ensuring alignment with MAS regulatory objectives.
- Collaborate with internal policy teams and external financial stakeholders to foster interoperability and systemic efficiency.
- Oversee the design and implementation of security features to maintain the highest standards of system integrity.
- Mentor and guide cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact digital payment solutions.
- Analyze market trends and emerging financial technologies (e.g., DLT, CBDCs) to maintain Singapore’s competitive edge.
- Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements to ensure optimal performance of payment platforms.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in product management, payment systems, or fintech infrastructure.
- Proven track record of leading complex, large-scale technology deployments in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of Singapore’s regulatory landscape and global payment standards (e.g., ISO 20022).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and manage diverse interest groups.
- Deep expertise in API-first architectures, real-time payment systems, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguous environments and solve systemic bottlenecks.
