Tanggung Jawab
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making
- Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory standards (SG GAAP, IFRS)
- Manage financial operations including treasury, risk management, and internal controls
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights to senior management
- Drive process improvements in financial systems and reporting workflows
- Lead and develop finance team members through mentorship and performance management
- Collaborate with business units to support financial modeling and investment analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of finance experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Singapore financial regulations and corporate governance
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial analytics tools
- Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Proven leadership skills with experience in team development
- Experience in multinational corporations or conglomerates preferred
