PT. Excellen Silo Leaching is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager - Logistic to join our dynamic operations team in Morowali. As a key player in our manufacturing and logistics infrastructure, you will be responsible for streamlining supply chain processes, optimizing warehouse efficiency, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials to support our large-scale production requirements.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing logistics personnel, coordinating with external vendors, and implementing best-in-class supply chain strategies. We are looking for a strategic thinker who is comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment and is dedicated to operational excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and optimize day-to-day logistics operations, including warehousing, inventory control, and distribution.
- Lead and mentor the logistics team to ensure high performance and strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce logistical costs while maintaining or improving service levels.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, freight forwarders, and transport vendors.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking of materials using ERP systems.
- Coordinate with production and procurement departments to align logistics activities with manufacturing schedules.
- Analyze logistics data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations and internal corporate quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in a heavy manufacturing or mining industrial environment.
- Proven experience in leadership roles with strong team management capabilities.
- Deep understanding of ERP software and advanced inventory management systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a remote or demanding site location (Morowali).
- Strong commitment to Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards.
