As the Deputy Manager, you will lead the technical team in executing complex repairs, managing maintenance schedules, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily and weekly maintenance schedules to ensure maximum production uptime.
- Lead root-cause analysis for machine breakdowns and implement effective, long-term technical repairs.
- Develop and execute comprehensive preventive maintenance programs for all production machinery.
- Manage a team of technicians, providing technical mentorship and ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Generate detailed daily and weekly performance reports for senior management review.
- Collaborate with the production department to streamline machine operations and improve efficiency.
- Oversee spare parts inventory and procurement requirements for routine and emergency maintenance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial/manufacturing maintenance role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or deputy capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of industrial machinery, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC control systems.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., MS Excel, ERP software).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of managing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Deep understanding of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and safety standards (K3).
- Residency or willingness to relocate to Kabupaten Bogor.
