We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to execute and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. You'll collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages, while continuously monitoring performance metrics to refine strategies. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic platforms
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and optimize budgets for maximum efficiency
- Create, test, and deploy A/B ad variations to improve conversion rates
- Generate comprehensive performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with design teams to develop visually engaging ad creatives and landing pages
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and industry best practices
- Coordinate with sales teams to align campaigns with lead generation objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital advertising campaign management
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio)
- Strong data analysis skills with ability to translate metrics into optimization strategies
- Experience with SEM/SEO principles and content marketing fundamentals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Portfolio demonstrating successful campaign results preferred
