In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing multi-channel digital campaigns from concept to execution, with a primary focus on lead generation and enhancing brand awareness. You will play a pivotal role in driving our digital marketing initiatives, managing budgets, and analyzing performance data to ensure maximum return on investment.

As a leader in our marketing department, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align creative assets with business objectives. We are looking for a candidate who is not only data-driven but also possesses a strong creative vision to craft compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience. Tanggung Jawab

  • Design and manage end-to-end multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email).
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics (KPIs, ROI) and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget effectively and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members on best practices in digital strategy.
  • Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels to increase lead quality and quantity.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in campaign management and lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian.
