Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, Content Marketing).
  • Manage and optimize the company's social media profiles and presence, ensuring engaging content and community interaction.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content and landing pages for search engines (SEO) to improve organic rankings.
  • Create compelling, high-quality content for blogs, website, social media, email newsletters, and ad copy.
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including drip campaigns, newsletters, and promotional emails.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and support lead generation efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, proactively recommending new strategies.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of proven experience in a digital marketing role, preferably within a SaaS, Proptech, or technology-driven company.
  • Solid understanding and hands-on experience with SEO, SEM (Google Ads), social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, social media management platforms, and CRM software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for compelling content and effective campaign execution.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for technology, real estate, and innovation is a significant plus.
