The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly energetic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to own the growth strategy for our flagship e-commerce platform. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media) to drive traffic and sales for the e-commerce platform.
- Plan, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) with a strong focus on ROI and customer acquisition costs.
- Analyze web analytics, user behavior data, and sales funnels to uncover insights and implement data-driven optimizations.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring alignment with aggressive growth targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with product, sales, and content teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and e-commerce best practices to maintain a strong competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role focused on e-commerce platforms.
- Proven track record of driving aggressive growth and consistently exceeding measurable KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) and major advertising platforms.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable strategic initiatives.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and cross-functional project management skills.
- Experience in the fintech or financial services sector is a strong advantage.
