- Develop, execute, and scale multi-channel paid acquisition strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Manage the end-to-end content ecosystem, ensuring alignment between paid media creatives and high-conversion landing pages.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends, optimize ROAS, and improve lead quality.
- A/B test ad creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align media spending with business objectives and growth targets.
- Monitor competitive landscapes and industry trends to keep our acquisition strategy ahead of the curve.
- Manage monthly advertising budgets and reporting, providing insights on lead acquisition costs and conversion funnels.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically within performance marketing or paid media.
- Proven track record of scaling paid acquisition campaigns with a focus on lead generation.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards, and CRM tools.
- Excellent understanding of the customer journey and experience in optimizing conversion rate funnels.
- Exceptional copywriting and communication skills to create compelling ad narratives.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
