We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Direct Procurement Manager (RMPM) to lead our procurement operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for optimizing our supply chain, driving cost-efficiency, and managing critical vendor relationships across our manufacturing and logistics networks. You will lead a team of procurement professionals, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality and reliability in delivering our premium products to consumers.
As the Direct Procurement Manager, you will act as a strategic partner to senior management, developing sourcing strategies that align with the company's long-term goals. You will oversee the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from identifying potential suppliers to negotiating contracts and managing performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including strategic sourcing, negotiation, and vendor onboarding.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with Cimory’s business objectives, focusing on cost reduction and quality improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure supply chain resilience, product quality, and competitive pricing.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify new sourcing opportunities and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Oversee the procurement team, providing mentorship, performance reviews, and professional development.
- Collaborate closely with operations, logistics, and finance departments to forecast demand and manage inventory levels effectively.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, local regulations, and sustainability standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably within the Manufacturing or FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of managing complex supplier negotiations, contract management, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience in managing and developing procurement teams.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Deep understanding of local market regulations and standards in the Indonesian manufacturing industry.
