Tanggung Jawab
- Direct complex internal investigations involving financial misconduct, academic integrity, and policy violations
- Ensure investigative objectivity through rigorous evidence collection, witness interviews, and documentation
- Develop and institutionalize compliance protocols aligned with Singaporean regulations and institutional policies
- Manage and mentor a team of investigators, fostering professional development and best practices
- Coordinate with legal counsel, auditors, and external stakeholders during sensitive investigations
- Prepare comprehensive reports with actionable recommendations for senior leadership
- Lead crisis response protocols for high-profile incidents requiring immediate investigation
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Law, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in investigations, compliance, or audit with 5+ years in leadership
- Deep understanding of Singapore's legal framework and regulatory environment
- Proven track record directing complex financial and operational investigations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and build evidence-based cases
- Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to executive committees
- Professional certification in fraud examination (CFE) or compliance (CCEP) preferred
