Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and strategically oversee all Facilities Management and General Affairs operations across Renesas's APAC sites, ensuring strict alignment with global standards, local regulations, and company objectives.
- Develop, implement, and manage strategic plans for facilities development, infrastructure maintenance, and optimal space utilization to robustly support business growth and operational efficiency across the region.
- Manage multi-site capital and operational budgets, expertly negotiate complex vendor contracts, and ensure cost-effective procurement for all facilities-related services, equipment, and supplies.
- Establish, enforce, and continuously review robust Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) protocols, comprehensive security measures, and compliance frameworks across the entire APAC region.
- Drive sustainability initiatives, energy management programs, and actively contribute to Renesas's corporate social responsibility (CSR) goals and environmental stewardship.
- Oversee the APAC real estate portfolio management, including strategic site selection, lease negotiations, and comprehensive project management for new constructions, expansions, or significant renovations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing regional team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous professional improvement.
- Act as a key stakeholder in business continuity planning and crisis management for all APAC facilities, ensuring operational resilience and rapid response capabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a closely related technical field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFM, FMP) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 12-15 years of progressive experience in Facilities Management and General Affairs, with at least 5-7 years in a regional leadership role overseeing multi-country operations, specifically within APAC.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing multi-site facilities, including semiconductor manufacturing plants, R&D centers, and corporate office environments.
- Strong financial acumen with proven experience in multi-million dollar budget management, strategic cost control, and expert vendor contract negotiation.
- In-depth knowledge and practical application of EHS regulations, local building codes, and international standards relevant to industrial and corporate facilities operations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels across different cultures.
- Proven track record of strategic planning, large-scale project management, and successful implementation of complex facilities initiatives from conception to completion.
- Proficiency in English is essential for regional communication; knowledge of other key APAC languages (e.g., Japanese, Mandarin) is a distinct advantage.
