Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs and projects for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) within the Ilocos Region.
- Facilitate community outreach activities to identify PWDs, assess their needs, and connect them with available services and resources.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings, workshops, and events related to disability affairs.
- Help ensure compliance with national and local policies, laws, and ordinances pertaining to PWDs.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation concerning PWD registration, services, and program accomplishments.
- Serve as a liaison between PWDs, their families, and relevant government agencies or private organizations.
- Assist in the development and dissemination of information materials to raise awareness about disability rights and inclusion.
- Participate in capacity-building activities and training programs to enhance knowledge and skills in disability affairs management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Development, Public Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Civil Service eligibility (e.g., Career Service Professional/Sub-Professional) is highly desirable.
- Proven passion for advocacy and community service, particularly concerning Persons with Disabilities (PWDs).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups, including PWDs, community leaders, and government officials.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office Suite).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for record-keeping and report generation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic government environment.
