We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Disbursement Staff to join our team in Balikpapan. In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial reporting for vessel operations, ensuring that every Statement of Disbursement (SOD) is accurate, timely, and compliant with both company standards and client expectations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and process Statement of Disbursement (SOD) for all assigned vessels accurately and timely.
- Verify vendor invoices and port charges against service agreements and operational logs.
- Coordinate with local port authorities and third-party vendors to gather necessary documentation for port calls.
- Maintain comprehensive records of vessel expenses and handle petty cash reporting for port operations.
- Communicate effectively with principals and ship owners regarding financial status and vessel expenditure reports.
- Monitor and track accounts payable related to vessel operations to ensure timely settlement.
- Assist in the audit process of financial documents to ensure compliance with company financial policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Logistics, or Maritime Studies.
- Proven experience as a Disbursement Clerk or in a similar administrative role within a shipping or logistics agency.
- Strong understanding of shipping agency operations and port-related financial processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fluent in Indonesian and capable of communicating in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment and meet strict vessel turnaround deadlines.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur.
