Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute continuous improvement strategies to optimize distribution network efficiency.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify operational gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts to deliver high-quality data-backed insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline order fulfillment and delivery processes.
- Manage distribution reporting dashboards and present performance reviews to senior management.
- Oversee the implementation of process automation tools to enhance productivity.
- Conduct regular field audits to ensure compliance with company distribution standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain analytics.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Proven leadership experience in a supervisory or management capacity.
- In-depth understanding of lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Resilient, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment in Surabaya.
