Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end distribution network across Jakarta Raya and surrounding regions.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize logistics, reduce costs, and improve delivery performance.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of warehouse and logistics professionals.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with sales and supply chain teams to forecast demand and manage inventory efficiency.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in the supply chain.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and negotiate contracts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing complex distribution networks in Indonesia.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian customs, regulations, and logistics landscape.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to execute operations flawlessly.
