Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze distribution demand patterns to optimize stock levels across regional warehouses.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure seamless product flow from factory to end-customer.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to distribution efficiency and inventory turnover.
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasting models to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.
- Support the coordination of inbound and outbound logistics activities in compliance with global standards.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement data-driven improvements to streamline operations.
- Coordinate with regional sales teams to ensure distribution planning aligns with market demand and revenue targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in demand planning, inventory control, or supply chain analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Understanding of distribution logistics, warehousing, and inventory management best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functional teams.
- Proven ability to work in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to process accuracy and operational excellence.
