Are you organized, detail-oriented, and looking to jumpstart your career in logistics? Blessindo (Bandung) is currently seeking a dedicated Distribution Staff to join our growing team in Cimahi. In this role, you will be the backbone of our inventory management process, ensuring that all incoming goods are accurately accounted for and that our documentation remains audit-ready at all times.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in accuracy and efficiency. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our supply chain integrity by managing data entries, reconciling stock receipts, and ensuring that our operational records are consistently archived. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the systematic recording and documentation of all incoming goods to the store.
- Execute precise reconciliation of stock receipt documents against physical deliveries.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital archives of all distribution and receiving records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies found during the goods receiving process.
- Prepare periodic inventory reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company standard operating procedures (SOPs) regarding stock handling.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace within the storage/distribution area.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or administrative roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel for data reporting).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain organized filing systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
- Must be willing to work on a contract basis in Cimahi, Jawa Barat.
